Kids Against Hunger Community Service Project

Kids Against Hunger is a non-profit humanitarian organization with a mission to provide fully nutritious food to impoverished children around the world . . . and around the corner. The San Ramon Valley Rotary Club is leading an effort to gather a group of people to package meals. On average 50 volunteers can pack around 10,000 meals/hour! This is similar to packaging meals for a Rise Against Hunger event. The San Ramon Valley Rotary Club has invited our Rotary Club along with our Interactors and Rotary clubs in the Iron Horse 4 area to join them on August 17, 2024 from 9:30 to 11:30 to package meals at the Kids Against Hunger office at 1258 Quarry Lane, Ste. H, Pleasanton, CA 94566. They will pay the cost for all participants. Please sign up for this or let Claes Elfving know about your participation before July 24th.
