Discovery Counseling Center is a community based non-profit organization serving the San Ramon Valley for over 50 years. Discovery Counseling Center’s mission is to be the community’s leader in mental wellness by:

This committee will be Discovery Counseling Center’s agent for ensuring that the agency supports our diverse staff and the community which we serve by:
- Implementing effective Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policies and practices;
- Providing on-going DEI training and education for Board members and staff;
- Promoting a safe environment in which DEI issues and concerns can be discussed and addressed; and
- Evaluating progress in our goal to be an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace.
